LC82	Minutes PDF 283 KB The Committee is asked to agree the minutes of the last meeting held on Minutes: RESOLVED - that the minutes of the meeting held on 17 September 2019 be approved as a correct record.
LC83	Hearing and Reviews before Sub-Committees PDF 229 KB Report of the Strategic Director, Economy, Innovation and Growth Minutes: The Committee received a report providing details of hearings and reviews brought to the Licensing Sub Committee. The Gateshead Football Club application was granted following successful mediation prior to the sub committee hearing taking place. The second application heard was for the Royal Hotel, an appeal has been lodged, however, officers are still waiting for court to list a directions hearing. The Ship was due to be re-heard on 16 September however, successful mediation took place, further details can be provided to members of this Committee. RESOLVED - that the information contained within the report be noted.
LC84	Licences, Notications, Permits and Registrations issued under the Gamibling Act 2005 PDF 95 KB Report of the Strategic Director, Economy Innovation and Growth Minutes: The Committee received a report to update on licences, notifications, permits and registrations which were issued between 31 March 2020 and 3 September 2020. RESOLVED - That the information contained within the report be noted.
