The committee received a report advising them on Enforcement team activity between 19th October 2023 and 21st November 2023.

 

The Enforcement team have received 135 new service requests. The Enforcement team current has 634 under investigation, with 226 cases resolved and two pending prosecutions.

The committee received a report advising them on new appeals against enforcement action received and to report the decisions of the Planning inspectorate received during the report period.

There have been no new appeals received since an update was last provided to the committee.

There have been no appeal decisions received since the last committee.
