I am proud to serve as one of the Labour Councillors for Crawcrook and Greenside following my election in May 2011 and re-election in 2015.

I live in Clara Vale and in my spare time I enjoy swimming and cycling. I am involved in political campaigning locally and nationally and I'm keen to ensure the views, concerns and ideas of local people are represented wherever they can be.

Within in the ward, I am a Governor of Emmaville Primary School, member of the Greenside Community Centre Committee and "Banner Tales" the Greenside Banner group. I also helped to establish the Crawcrook and Greenside Environment Group 'Our Villages' which runs the Crawcrook Fair, Christmas Trees and lights, litter picks and a range of other work in the area.
