Clean Air Plan – Joint Committee and Legal Order
The Clean Air Zone for Newcastle and Gateshead
requires a number of decisions to be made in advance of
implementation. These include establishing a joint committee
between Gateshead and Newcastle, the legal order for the Clean Air
Zone and decision relating to agreements with the Joint Air Quality
Unit.
