Considerations were given to a report move staff and budgets from the Design and Minor Projects within Housing, Environment and Healthy Communities into Design and Energy Services in Economy, Innovation and Growth.

i.              That the move of staff and budgets from the Design and Minor Project team into the Design and Energy Service be approved.
