The Committee received a report outlining other applications and notifications processed between 6 April 2022 and 31 August 2022.

Report of the Strategic Director, Economy, Innovation and Growth

The Committee received a report detailing additional information relating to Licensing on a ward by ward basis.

The report outlined details of new premises licence applications, club premises certificates, transfer applications, variations, designated premises supervisor (DPS) applications, notifications of change of name/address or request for duplicate licence requests, notification of interests, temporary event notices, personal licences, licences, notifications, permits and registrations issued under the Gambling Act 2005 and details of consultations and enquiries (event notifications, pavement licence notifications, enquiries, street trading and street collections).

The Committee welcomed the report in its new format and were advised to contact the Licensing Officer direct if they required any further ward based statistics.
