Enforcement Team Activity Report of the Service Director, Development, Transport and Public Protection Minutes: The Committee received a report informing them of Enforcement Team Activity between 8 December 2021 and 7 January 2022.
The Enforcement Team have received 24 new service requests with 77 cases now resolved.
There are currently 46 pending prosecutions and the Enforcement Team have attended no court hearings during this period.
RESOLVED – That the information be noted. |

Report of the Service Director, Development, Transport and Public Protection Minutes: Consideration was given to a report that informed of the progress of enforcement action previously authorised by the Committee.

The Committee were advised that since the last Committee there has been one new appeal lodged.

Since the last Committee there has been one new planning obligation.
