The Committee is asked to approve the minutes of the last meeting.

RESOLVED - That the minutes of the last meeting be approved as a correct record.

The Committee may wish to exclude the press and public from the meeting during consideration of the following items on the grounds indicated:-

Report of the Strategic Director Communities and Environment

RC/01/25         -           Grant of a Private Hire Driver Licence

RESOLVED -              i) That the information be noted.

                                    ii) That the application RC.01.25 be refused.

The Committee received a report to seek the approval on the update and amended General Safety Certificate (No. 25E) for Gateshead International Stadium.

Gateshead Council has appointed national leisure services GLL provider to operate Gateshead International Stadium effective 1^st April 2025. The operations of the venue will be managed by the Partnership Manager at GLL. Gateshead Council would like to transfer the General Safety Certificate (25E) from Gateshead Council to GLL.

RESOLVED:

i.              That the Committee approved the transfer of the General Safety Certificate.
