To consider the findings of a review of
environment services (covering grounds maintenance; weed control;
arboriculture; countryside; parks and open spaces; and street
cleansing) which was agreed by Cabinet as part of the 16/17 Budget
report (February 2016). It has been used to inform the Budget
setting proposals for 2017/18.
