December 2016 at £24,561.60 per annum for the period 31
December 2016 to 30 December 2021 rising to £45,752 per annum
thereafter. The rent review is due under the terms of the lease
dated 26 January 1977 held by the Council for a term of 99 years
from 31 December 1976.
