To seek approval to consult with stakeholders
including employees and service users/carers regarding proposals to
create an enhanced in-house enablement function, as part of the
redesign of Adult Social Care. In order to create an enablement
function that is effective in maximising independence there will
need to be consultation and consideration of moving budget and
resource from in-house Domiciliary Care and Independent Supported
Living.
