opportunities for the Council to deliver an employment support
programme as a subcontractor under the Department for Work and
Pension’s Restart Programme and to seek a delegation to
Strategic Director Economy Innovation and Growth in consultation
with Strategic Director Corporate Services and Governance and
Strategic Director Corporate Resources to agree the terms of a
subcontract.
