To update Cabinet on anticipated funding offer
of £5 million from the Getting Building Fund, via the NELEP,
to the Council to assist in the delivery of a new link road through
Baltic Quarter, and to seek approval for delegated authority to
enter into a funding agreement with the NELEP for the
aforementioned allocation.

and
