Cabinet is asked to consider and approve the Procurement and Contracts Report containing a number of contracts that are likely to be tendered (or procured via another means), during the next six months (or beyond) and seek cabinet approval to invite or negotiate tenders, or to conduct some other procurement process, and to award the contract in accordance with the outcome of the procurement process. In addition, this report will notify Cabinet of procurements which have already been awarded through delegated authority since the last Procurement and Contracts Report in July 2019.
