Apologies for absence were received from Matt Younger, Denise Kilner, Ethel Mills, Christine Ingle, Clive Wisby, Allan Symons and Cllr Chris McHugh.

The Forum is asked to approve as a correct record the minutes of the last meeting held on 7 December 2017

The minutes of the meeting held on 7 December 2017 were agreed as a correct record subject to Steve Haigh and Andy Ramanandi being recorded as present.

The Forum received the results from the Mainstream School Funding consultation. It was reported that 10 consultation responses were received and responses were positive, with between 80-100% agreement per question.

The proposed proforma was provided. The new APT has been received and it was noted that mobility factor can be disapplied, however in order to do so an application to disapply the regs needed to be made by 31^st November 2017.

It was noted that, based on the expected settlement, the formula looks affordable with no capping and further funding to give out (approximately £100,000 - £120,000).

RESOLVED    -           (i)         That the Schools Forum noted the consultation

responses and comments.

                                    (ii)        That the Schools Forum approved the proposed

formula.
