The Committee is asked to approve as a correct record the minutes of the meeting held 13 September 2017 (copy previously circulated).

The minutes of the meeting held on 13 September 2017 were approved as a correct record and signed by the Chair, with the addition that Councillor Keith Wood submitted his apologies but these were not recorded in the minutes.

Consideration was given to a report that informed of the progress of enforcement action previously authorised by the Committee.

Consideration was given to a report detailing new appeals received and to report the decisions of the Secretary of State since the last meeting.

It was noted that since the last meeting one new appeal has been lodged.

It was noted that since the last meeting there have been no new appeal decisions received.

It was also noted that since the last meeting there had been no appeal cost decisions.
