RESOLVED - That the minutes of the last meeting be approved as a correct record.

The Committee may wish to exclude the press and public from the meeting during consideration of the following items on the grounds indicated:-

RESOLVED:               i)          That the application for a Dual Driver Licence referred

to in report RC/04/16 be granted (unanimous).

ii)         That the Private Hire Driver referred to in report RC/05/16 be permitted to retain his licence but that he be issued with a written warning regarding his conduct.

iii)         That the application for a Private Hire Driver Licence referred to in report RC/06/16 be granted with a written warning regarding his conduct.

Councillor K Dodds declared a personal interest in respect of RC/05/16 (as the applicant was known to him) and therefore did not participate in the consideration and vote relating to this matter.
