That the Council be recommended to approve changes to the Complaints Policy as set out in the report and appendix 2 to the report. |

The above decision has been made for the following reasons: |

To ensure a consistent service is provided to all residents. |

To ensure that the Council is compliant with the requirements of the Housing Ombudsman’s Complaint Handling Code. |
