That the grant of a 25 year lease to St Camillus Care Group on the terms set out in the report, and further detailed terms as agreed by the Strategic Director, Corporate Services & Governance be approved. |

The above decision has been made to manage the Council’s assets in line with the Corporate Asset Strategy and Management Plan. |
