Appointment/Reappointment of a Local Authority Governor

Minutes:

Consideration has been given to the nomination of Local Authority and appointment of Local Authority Academy Governors to schools seeking to retain their Local Authority governors in accordance with The School Governance (Constitution) (England) Regulations and Article 51 (Articles of Association of Academies).

RESOLVED -	That the following nominations Local Authority and appointment of Local Authority Academy Governors be approved for a period of four years, as stipulated in the Schools Instrument of Government and the Academy’s Articles of Association with effect from the dates indicated.
